1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the services of TenX (“the Platform”) at www.tenx.mx, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users and visitors of the Platform.

2. Services Provided

TenX allows users to register, train, and deploy AI agents for use on their own websites and WhatsApp accounts. Through the Platform, users can track the message history of deployed AI agents. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, Stripe.

3. User Accounts

Users must register an account to use the Platform. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Use of AI Agents

  • Users have the right to train and deploy AI agents on their own websites and WhatsApp accounts.
  • TenX reserves the right to limit or restrict access to certain features at its discretion.
  • Users may access the message history of their AI agents, subject to data retention policies.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments for services on the Platform are processed through Stripe.
  • Subscription fees and other payments must be paid in full.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if there is a verifiable technical issue affecting the functionality of the Platform. In such cases, only the last month’s subscription fee may be refunded.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content generated by their AI agents and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. TenX is not responsible for the content generated or the actions taken by user-deployed AI agents.

7. Data and Privacy

  • TenX may collect and process data as described in its Privacy Policy.
  • Message history and other data generated by AI agents are accessible to users and stored in accordance with data retention policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TenX is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services, including data loss or business interruptions.

9. Changes to the Terms

TenX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon being posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Yucatán, Mexico.
